.Net - Team Lead

We are looking for lead programmers for Product development division. This positions reports to the CEO and will have direct supervision of a team of .NET developers. You will take lead role in designing, product prototyping, development, testing, and implementation of .NET based products. You will work with sales staff to develop estimates and participate in sales calls with potential clients as needed. Senior developers/engineers who have mainly been doing development and are looking for a chance to grow into a management role will also be considered.

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/MCA
Skills / Knowledge:

• Experience supervising or mentoring software developers
• 4 years of Microsoft .NET using C# web development
• 6 years programming experience
• Strong communication skills
• Experience designing complex applications and reusable components in .NET
• Experience with design patterns and object oriented programming techniques

Responsibilities:

• Direct supervision of .Net developers to ensure project deliverables are met
• Develop and maintain code developed in ASP.NET using C# (ie must be able to write code)
• Troubleshoot and ensure timely and effective resolution of any issues with projects
• Perform integration of new code with existing code and tools
• Participate in issue resolution during User Acceptance Testing
• Develop project hours estimates for sales proposals
• Participate in project status meetings as required and provide project status updates with respect to work on hand
• Assist in interviewing and hiring new resources
• Provide training and growth opportunities for the development staff
