Upon almost 70% completion of the work, Mr. Gambino complained that he was not very happy with design and its below his expectation. He also told that he had been "signing off" all the updates just to get through with the design. Upon getting this feedback, we immediately replaced the designer and started this project all over again. Yes ! Even after 70% completion ! The reason was that we had been promising very high quality to Justin and it was not right to let him go dissatisfied. Now I am happy that this has worked out well in the end as he got what he wanted and we got what we wanted i.e. a delighted client!
