Indus Net Technologies‘ first official annual picnic was organized on 12th Jan, 2008 near Kolkata in a amusement park. 150+ people from INT’s Kolkata division participated and enjoyed the day together. Great weather, delicious food, team games and loads of fun made our day! Here are some pics from the event:
INT’s 10th anniversary was celebrated on Sep 17, 2007 in The Sadel, Kolkata. All of us from Kolkata division (we missed the Chennai guys as it was celebrated separately over there) had a wonderful day together. In a well coordinated program by Mr. Mukul Guta (VP - Marketing & Operations) INT’s Founder/CEO Mr. Abhishek Rungta shared the achievements and vision of the organization. We had an open house, discussed new ventures and had other conversations. We also awarded achievers and new comers of the year.

Today, our Chennai Development Center, which is one of our two delivery centers for open source project delivery has completed two years of operations.
During these two years this office has grown from a three member team to a thirty-four member team accounting for almost 17% of company’s revenue and manpower strength.
We have aggressive plans for further expansion in Chennai which will be implemented after a consolidation & cool off period of three months.
I wish all our team members great success in days to come and congratulate everyone on this achievement.

This center accomodates more than fifty members of our PHP Programming team from our Kolkata offshore development center. You can find us working here during weekdays between 9:30 am till 6:30 pm (IST = GMT+5.5 HRS). Sometime we work weekends and late nights, so you can catch us even beyond the specified times.
We are in process of putting in more cameras to give you LIVE pictures from all development centers of Indus Net Technologies.

You will see maximum activity during day time IST (which is 5:30 HRS ahead of GMT) on a wordday. It also operates during night shift but we do not have much work going on at that time.
The IP Cam shows images from one of our web development center i.e. Mod 636. We are in process of installing IP Cams in all other development centers to give you a real time LIVE view of Indus Net Technologies workplace at all the times.
This is just another way to be more transparent to our customers, prospects, vendors and partners.
And yes, I hope this demarcates us from several copycats who copies our website content to show off that they have the same team and infrastructure as we have, but actually operate from a dorm room!

Kolkata was lashed with heavy rains yesterday i.e. 19th July 2006. Due to this unprecedented rainfall, the entire traffic was in chaos and roads clogged due to waterlogging.
Kudos to the Indus Net Technologies team, which managed to record 75% attendance under such circumstances and ensured that our clients do not suffer any losses.

Indus Net Technologies recently participated in IndiaSoft 2006, a mega event organized by Electronics & Software Export Promotion Council (ESC).
The event was organized to showcase the Tier-2 IT outsourcing companies of India. The event was a B2B affair with more than 160 delegates visiting the expo from 20 different countries.
Indus Net Technologies presented its unique offshore outsourcing model called Dedicated Hiring ™ and got tremendous response for the same. During the event, we initiated several client visits to our Chennai software development center and many interested prospects decided to come down to check out our Kolkata software development center.
We signed several multi year contracts adding up to USD 1 million.

Today Indus Net Technologies completes eight eventful years! We organized an event at RangManch banquet of Swabhumi, Kolkata to celebrate this milestone.
The event included a cultural program where all INTians came up and showed skills from other side of their life. It was followed by an entertaining quiz program, award distribution ceremony and ended with a mouth watering lunch!
